DR HANNELORE DUCZEK (HANNA)
Prior to joining Pynfall, Dr Hannelore Duczek helped establish the sales and marketing business unit of a German start up medical equipment research and development firm.
She also served as Rheinmetall MAN Military Vehicles Australia as the inaugural head of corporate affairs and guided the company through major organisational change.
Recognising her Australian and global defence expertise, the Australian Prime Minister appointed her as a member of the Ministerial Advisory Group for Defence Deregulation in December 2014.
Hanna is known as a commercially astute executive with exemplary communication skills and a keen understanding of business policies, practices and financial principles.
She is highly experienced in business development and sales, stakeholder management and communication, advocacy and marketing.
She has successfully represented her clients at the highest national and international levels of government and industry and has particular expertise in overcoming cross-cultural hurdles and setting up and working with international teams.
Hanna is a graduate of the University of Hamburg, has a Masters in history, sociology and economics as well as a PHD in history. She holds both German and Australian citizenship and is fluent in English, French and German.
Alfred Duczek joined Pynfall as Senior Consultant in 2017.
Alfred Duczek has a 35-year career history associated with aviation services, airport development and industry, stakeholder and community engagement. His career started as an air traffic controller with Airservices Australia. Alf has been a senior manager for almost 20 years with the last 10 years predominantly associated with organisational strategy development, business and operational planning, policy and regulation and continuous change and safety management.
Alf has outstanding abilities to represent and influence positions on policy, regulations and standards at local, state, national and international levels. He has strong strategic planning and change coordination skills and significant knowledge in, and practical application of, business planning, change management, safety and risk management, program and project management, regulatory compliance and the delivery of services including community and stakeholder engagement.
Alf has an impressive national and international network in the aviation sector. Alf has represented Australia’s aviation interests internationally at the International Civil Aviation Organisation (ICAO) and the Civil Air Navigation Service Organisations (CANSO) and nationally at the Australian Strategic Air Traffic Management Group (ASTRA), Industry working groups and Airport Owners.
Alf has a comprehensive and contemporary understanding of emerging requirements across a broad range of stakeholders, inclusive of government agencies and industry bodies including commercial and political sensitive issues. He effectively develops, negotiates, influences and maintains working relationships with senior management, customers and stakeholders. He has a realistic and pragmatic approach in rapidly changing competitive environments.
